The Royal Air Force Museum London (also commonly known as the RAF Museum) is located on the former Hendon Aerodrome.
It includes five buildings and hangars that show the history of aviation and the Royal Air Force.
The museum has been open since 1972 and now has a collection of more than 100 airplanes and helicopters.
A small part of it is exhibited outside.
In one of the buildings, the RAF museum shows an original Fokker.

This original Fokker D-VII was built in 1918 under license by OAW, Ostdeutsche Albatros Werke.
The registration 8417-18 is the same as with the German army.
In November 1918 this D-VII ended up in the Belgian Air Force.
The aircraft remained in Belgium until 1938 before going to England.
It has been in the possession of the RAF museum since 1992.
